New Church Coming to Northwest Washington

God is on the move in the Pacific Northwest! Pastor Daniel Carter from Pillar Church of San Diego shares exciting news about the upcoming launch of a new Pillar Church in Northwest Washington, near Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Daniel and his family have been led and called by the Lord to initiate this work and form a core team to make it happen! This new church will reach one of the least-churched regions in the country with the hope of the gospel — especially among the military community.

Pastor Cody from Pillar Church of Woodlawn (name changing to Pillar Church of Mt. Vernon!) shares an update on what God is doing just outside Washington, DC—where military life brings constant pressure, rapid transition, and unique gospel opportunities. Planted to serve soldiers and their families at Fort Belvoir, this church is seeing deep community, new believers coming to Christ, growing partnerships with the USO, and a renewed focus on identity rooted in the gospel rather than the military.
