What if a few children in our churches caught a vision of making disciples of Jesus Christ in and through the military?
 
Our Military is a significantly underserved population.
 
The fastest-growing religious affiliation for a service member to list on their dog tags is “None”. These young men and women are a very real mission field right here in our own country. 
 
The Praetorian Project is actively working to make disciples who make disciples in the challenging environment of military communities.
 
As we reach the military, the military reaches the world. Whether stationed overseas or deployed, our military touches the nations every day. 
 
What happens as we reach the military? As we have been doing this, we have seen God bring many service members to Christ and call many military members to become pastors who now lead churches that are actively reaching the military. 
 
This year in our VBS Mission Spotlight, you will meet a few of our pastors who are just a few examples of this work.
 
We are creating five 90-second videos for you to show each day of your VBS. 
 
We also ask you to take up a mission’s offering during this time to teach your children the value of stewarding our resources to expand God’s mission.
 
This year, funds received during VBS will be used to expand our reach within US Army, Navy, and Air Force Communities.

Last Year's Videos

In 2025, we produced five short videos for any VBS program. These videos teach kids how planting churches near military bases helps spread the gospel across the world as service members and their families move from place to place, and as military veterans choose to become missionaries.

Along with the videos, we have a supplemental document containing daily discussion prompts, key Bible verses, and prayer requests to accompany each video.
